What to Know Before You Order Business Cards in Dubai

Ordering business cards should be quick, but a few small choices make a big difference to how they turn out. These are the things we usually go through with customers before anything is printed.

Start with the paper

Most of what you feel in a business card comes from the paper. At 300 GSM it is a firm card that works well for everyday use. 350 GSM is noticeably thicker, and 400 GSM is heavy and stiff. If your card is going to be handed over across a meeting table, a thicker stock is worth considering.

Pick a finish that fits how you use the card

A matt finish is easy to read and shows fewer fingerprints. Gloss makes colours look brighter. Soft-touch has a velvety feel and looks good on dark colours. If you want one detail to catch the eye, foil, embossing or spot UV on the logo does it without making the whole card busy.

Get your artwork ready

Send a print-ready PDF at your final card size, with 3 mm of bleed and your text kept a little way in from the edges. Save your logo as a vector file if you can, so it stays sharp at any size. If that sounds like a lot, our team can set the card up for you.

Delivery across Dubai and the UAE

We are based in Business Bay and deliver free to your door in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Standard cards are usually ready about two working days after you approve the proof. Foil, embossing and die-cut jobs take longer, so tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote.

What is the standard business card size?

In the UAE the usual size is 90 × 55 mm. 85 × 55 mm is also common, and we can print any other size you need.

Can I print both sides?

Yes. You can print one side or both, and each side can have its own design and finish.

What paper thicknesses are available?

We print on 300, 350 and 400 GSM. 300 is a firm everyday card. 350 and 400 are thicker and feel more premium.

Can I add foil or embossing?

Yes. We can add gold, silver or rose gold foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and raised effects. You can use one or combine them.

Can you print custom shapes?

Yes. We do die-cut shapes and rounded corners. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll say whether it can be done.

Can I provide my own artwork?
