Paper bags are the go-to for most shops in Dubai. They’re affordable, they print beautifully, and they’re an easy swap since the emirate banned single-use plastic bags. Fabric totes cost more per piece but people reuse them for months, so they work well as gifts, event giveaways or for brands that want to be seen around town.
Keep the design simple
The best bags usually have one strong idea: a large logo, a bold colour or a repeat pattern. People see a bag from a distance, often while it’s moving, so fine print gets lost. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF) and we’ll make sure it stays crisp at full size.

Are paper bags allowed in Dubai now that plastic bags are banned?
Yes. Dubai banned single-use plastic shopping bags in June 2024, and paper, cotton, canvas, jute and non-woven bags are the usual alternatives. All of the bags on this page are plastic-free options.
How much weight can a paper shopping bag hold?
It depends on the paper, the base and the handle. A light kraft bag suits small items, while a laminated card bag with a reinforced base and rope handles can comfortably carry shoe boxes or bottles. Tell us what goes inside and we will recommend the right build.
Can you print on both sides of the bag?
Yes. You can print the front, back and side gussets, and even the inside of the bag. Each side can have its own design.
Can I add foil, spot UV or embossing?
Yes. Gold, silver and rose gold foil, spot UV and embossing all work well on laminated paper bags. You can use one finish or combine them.
What is the minimum order quantity?
