Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or order products and services from NearPrint. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here differs from a written quote we give you, the quote applies.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, or 14 days if no period is stated. Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude VAT unless the quote says otherwise. Changes to quantity, size, material or finish may change the price.
Orders and artwork approval
- An order is confirmed when you accept our quote and, where requested, pay the deposit.
- We send a digital proof before production. Please check it carefully, including spelling, colours, sizes and contact details. Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what was approved.
- Colours on screen can differ slightly from printed colours, and small variations between print runs and materials are normal.
Your content
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images, text and designs you send us, and that printing them does not break any law or anyone else’s rights. We may refuse any job we consider unlawful or offensive.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. We may ask for a deposit before starting production, and for full payment before delivery. Orders are not released until payment is complete, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Production and delivery
Turnaround times start once artwork is approved and any deposit is received. We do our best to meet agreed dates, but delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control. Please check your order when it arrives.
Cancellations, returns and reprints
Because printed items are made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. You can cancel before production starts; any costs already incurred, such as design work or materials, may be charged. If an item is faulty or does not match your approved proof, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint it or offer a fair refund.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order. We are not responsible for errors in artwork you approved, or for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
