- Artwork and files: logos, designs and other files you send us for printing.
- Messages: conversations with us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To produce, deliver and install your order, and to send invoices.
- To keep records required by law, for example for accounting and tax.

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Artwork files are kept so you can reorder easily; ask us at any time to delete them.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No method of sending information online is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as payment card numbers by email or WhatsApp.
