Most people search for visiting card printing near me when they’re already in a hurry. A meeting tomorrow morning, a new job title, an exhibition next week, or simply the last card in the box. You don’t want to drive across the city to a print shop, and you definitely don’t want to wait a week.
That’s exactly the situation we set NearPrint up for. Here’s how it works, from the first idea for your visiting card design to a box of cards on your desk.
Don’t have a design yet? We’ll make one with you
A lot of our customers come to us with nothing more than a logo and a phone number. That’s fine. Our team offers professional visiting card design support, so you don’t need a designer of your own.
Send us your name, title, contact details and logo, and tell us roughly what you like: clean and minimal, bold colours, English on one side and Arabic on the other. We’ll lay it out properly, check the spacing and the bleed, and send you a proof. If something doesn’t feel right, we change it until it does.
Already have a design? Send the file and we’ll check it before printing, so nothing gets cut off at the edges.
Standard visiting cards in as little as 3 hours
For a standard visiting card, speed is where we really help. Once you approve the proof, we can print and deliver your standard cards in as little as 3 hours. Order in the morning and you can be handing them out the same afternoon.
Standard cards are the everyday choice: smart, sharp and good value, with matte or gloss lamination and square or rounded corners. They’re what most offices order for the whole team.
Premium cards take a little longer, and it’s worth it
Premium cards use thicker stock and finishes like gold foil, spot UV, 3D UV and velvet soft-touch lamination. Those finishes are added in separate steps, so premium cards need a minimum of 3 days.
If you have an important launch or an event coming up, plan ahead and order premium cards a few days early. If you’re not sure which finish to choose, our guide on matte, gloss, soft-touch or foil explains the difference, and this post on premium business cards shows how to get a high-end look without overpaying.
Want to hold one first? Ask for a sample
A screen can only show you so much. Colours look different on paper, and some people want to feel the card stock before they commit to a few hundred cards.
So for some orders we print a sample first and bring it to you. You check the colours, the paper and the finish in your own hands. Only once you’re happy and give your approval do we go ahead with the final production. It’s a simple step, but it saves a lot of reprints.
