Do you deliver printing to Dubai World Trade Centre?
Yes. Delivery to Dubai World Trade Centre is free, like everywhere in Dubai. We deliver to your stand in any DWTC hall, or to offices in the Trade Centre district. Tell us the hall and stand number.
Can you install stand graphics at DWTC during build-up?
Yes. We install booth graphics, backdrops and counters during the official build-up time, overnight if needed, and we can dismantle everything after the show.
Which DWTC halls do you deliver to?
All of them, including Sheikh Rashid Hall, Sheikh Saeed Halls, Za’abeel Halls and the Trade Centre Arena. The hall and stand number are on your exhibitor badge or confirmation.
Can I get business cards printed during a show at DWTC?
Yes. Standard business cards can be ready in as little as 3 hours after you approve the proof, and DWTC is a short drive from our Business Bay office. We are open Monday to Saturday until midnight.
We are exhibiting at DWTC from abroad. Can you help?
Yes. Send your artwork and the organiser’s stand specifications by email or WhatsApp, approve a PDF proof, and we print everything in Dubai and deliver it to your stand or hotel, so nothing needs to be shipped.
Is Dubai World Trade Centre the same as the Dubai Exhibition Centre?
No. Dubai World Trade Centre is on Sheikh Zayed Road near DIFC and Business Bay, while the Dubai Exhibition Centre is at Expo City Dubai in Dubai South. We deliver and install at both.
How early should I order printing for a DWTC show?
Aim to finalise artwork three to four weeks before the show, so there is time for proofs, the organiser’s approval and production. If your show is sooner, message us and we will tell you what can still be done.
