We are exhibiting in Dubai from abroad. How does it work?
Send us the show name, your hall and stand number, the stand size and the organiser’s exhibitor manual by email or WhatsApp. We send a quote and a layout, you approve PDF proofs, and we print, build and install everything in Dubai before you arrive. Nothing needs to be shipped or cleared through customs.
Do you deliver and install at Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City?
Yes. We deliver to your stand at Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City Dubai and install during the venue’s build-up time, overnight if needed. After the show we can dismantle everything for you.
Do you work at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi and Expo Centre Sharjah?
Yes. We deliver and install stand graphics and displays at ADNEC, Expo Centre Sharjah and hotel venues across the UAE.
How early should we contact you?
Six to eight weeks before the show is ideal for a built stand, and three to four weeks for graphics and printed material. That leaves time for proofs, the organiser’s approval and production. If your show is closer, message us anyway and we will tell you what can still be done.
What files should we send?
Print-ready PDFs or the original design files (AI, EPS, PSD or InDesign) with fonts outlined and images at full resolution, plus your logo in vector format. Don’t have artwork sized for the stand yet? Send what you have and our design team will adapt it.
Can you help with the organiser’s stand approval?
Yes. Exhibition centres and organisers have rules on build-up times, stand heights, materials and fire safety. Share the exhibitor manual with us and we plan the stand and graphics to fit it, and prepare the artwork you need to submit.
Can you print last-minute items during the show?
Yes. Standard business cards can be ready in as little as 3 hours after you approve the proof, and we are open Monday to Saturday until midnight Dubai time. For flyers, roll-ups and other reprints, tell us your deadline and we confirm what is possible.
Can you deliver to our hotel?
Yes. Brochures, business cards, staff T-shirts and giveaways can be delivered to your hotel or your stand, whichever suits your team. Delivery is free anywhere in Dubai.
Can we reuse the stand at future shows?
Yes. Modular, portable and backlit booth systems are built to be reused. The frames pack down so you can keep them, and we print new graphics for your next show.
