Stand structure and graphics
- Backdrop or booth graphics, sized to your stand plan
- Shell scheme panels or seamless wall graphics
- Counter or reception desk wraps
- Hanging signs if the venue allows them, so you’re visible across the hall
Portable displays
- Roll-up banners for the stand edges and any breakout sessions
- Flags or totems to add height near the aisle
- Brochure stands and table covers
Things visitors take away
- Business cards for every team member
- Brochures, flyers or product sheets
- Branded giveaways such as pens, bottles or tote bags
For your team
- Branded polos or T-shirts so staff are easy to spot
- Lanyards and name badges
Timeline
Check the organiser’s stand manual for sizes, materials and deadlines as soon as you book. Aim to finalise artwork three to four weeks before the show so there’s time for proofs and production, and confirm delivery or installation times with the venue.
