Your Print Partner for Expo City Dubai

Expo City Dubai, the former Expo 2020 site in Dubai South, is now one of the city’s busiest places for exhibitions, conferences and corporate events. At its heart is the Dubai Exhibition Centre, alongside venues such as Al Wasl Plaza, and a growing business district where companies have set up offices.

Events here move fast. Exhibitors need stand graphics that match the organiser’s panel sizes, organisers need signs and badges for thousands of visitors, and everyone needs one more box of business cards on day two. NearPrint handles all of it from our office at Iris Bay Tower, Business Bay, and delivers to Expo City free, just like everywhere in Dubai.

Whether you call it Expo City, the Dubai Expo Centre or the Dubai Exhibition Centre, tell us your hall and stand number and we’ll bring your print to the right door.

Printing at Expo City Dubai: FAQs

Do you deliver printing to Expo City Dubai?

Yes. Delivery to Expo City Dubai is free, like everywhere in Dubai. We deliver to your stand at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, to other Expo City venues, or to offices in Expo City and Dubai South. Tell us the venue, hall and stand number.

Can you install stand graphics at the Dubai Exhibition Centre?

Yes. We install booth graphics, backdrops and counters during the venue’s build-up time, overnight if needed, and we can dismantle everything after the show.

What can you print for an event at Expo City?

Booth graphics, backdrops and step-and-repeat walls, roll-up banners, entrance branding, direction signs, flags, badges and lanyards, plus brochures, company profiles, catalogues and business cards for your team.

Can I get business cards printed during a show at Expo City?

Yes. Standard business cards can be ready in as little as 3 hours after you approve the proof, and we deliver them to Expo City. We are open Monday to Saturday until midnight.

We are exhibiting at Expo City from abroad. Can you help?

Yes. Send your artwork and the organiser’s stand specifications by email or WhatsApp, approve a PDF proof, and we print everything in Dubai and deliver it to your stand or hotel, so nothing needs to be shipped. See our exhibition stand and printing service for details.

Is the Dubai Exhibition Centre the same as Dubai World Trade Centre?

No. The Dubai Exhibition Centre is at Expo City Dubai in Dubai South, while Dubai World Trade Centre is on Sheikh Zayed Road. We deliver and install at both, so tell us which venue your show is at.

How early should I order printing for a show at Expo City?

Aim to finalise artwork three to four weeks before the show, so there is time for proofs, the organiser’s approval and production. If your show is sooner, message us and we will tell you what can still be done.

Do you print for companies based in Expo City and Dubai South?

Yes. We print business cards, stationery, company stamps, signage and uniforms for offices in Expo City and the Dubai South business district, with free delivery.

Nearby Areas We Serve

Expo City is in Dubai South, next to Jebel Ali and DIP. Delivery is free across Dubai.
